How to get your account approved.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU SIGN UP

There are several things that you can do that will ensure that your profile will be approved and that you will get on the site. These are:

1. Accurately fill out your profile information first time, when you are signing up. This includes writing something valid in the "About me" section. If you fail to do this, you will not get approved.

2. Sign up using the facebook login or at least the email address that you have associated with facebook  - this allows us to quickly verify that you are who you say you are.

3. Provide a display photo that is of yourself, clear and well lit.

Warm up ideas??

Hi every body!I've had a lot to do for the past few months and have really dropped the ball on my stretching. My hamstrings seem to have tightened up and lower back weakened.Once I get into a work out all seems well but I'm not sure how to warm up well.Any good warm up ideas for someone well out-of-practice?See More

Advice for leading a stretch class.

Hi guys! So it looks like I may well be starting teaching a flexibility class in my college (I'm rather thinking of it as leading a stretching group for people who want to get more flexi but don't know how to go about it).I think most people will be aiming for their splits and maybe some tilts/bow and arrows/scorpions. But I wondered have you guys got any advice for me? Like if you turned up for such a group/class, what would you be expecting?See More

I started with flexibility training in 2002 when I was 23 years old. My flexibility was quite good (I guess ;-)) when I started. Unfortunately I never made longterm progres because in between I had to interrupt my training for months or even years. Only between 2003 and 2005 I trained quite regulary but actually never more than 2 times a week.

Trying again and september goals

You can look back at the younger me from three years ago and see that I tried to keep a routine going and I will try again. This is not only just to be bendy but it's also for my health. Even though my body is sore from 9 days of stretching I feel great! I'm trying to change my diet too to assist on the recovery time and to also shed some excess weight that really needs to be gotten rid of for health and to maximize my flexibility.
