Hey, everyone. I'm wondering how everyone is handling their training while the world experiences with COVID-19/SARS-CoV-2. I'm trying once again to re-establish my personal yoga practice. February 2020 updates (camp, possible Fai, etc)

Hi, everyone! Sorry, if this seems like a ramble!Sometimes I feel like Im not making much progress. I feel like I should be further along. I remind myself that I've done a lot up to this point with very little help. Classes make me work a lot harder. I take pole classes occasionally, and I'm going to camp in a few months. Yes! Revised middle splits routine

Hello all. 

I decided to revamp my middle splits routine. Before I was mostly doing stretching on my glad which has worked fairly well, but I thought I should be progressing faster. 

Now I do a mix of different groin stretches including concentric stretching and weighted stretches. 

New routine

Machine 2-3x a day

Weighted stretches 1-2x preferably following machine…

What are your new year resolutions for contortion? Are they all about getting the splits or a chin hold or maybe even a lotus or fancy back bend?
