How to get your account approved.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU SIGN UP

There are several things that you can do that will ensure that your profile will be approved and that you will get on the site. These are:

1. Accurately fill out your profile information first time, when you are signing up. This includes writing something valid in the "About me" section. If you fail to do this, you will not get approved.

2. Sign up using the facebook login or at least the email address that you have associated with facebook  - this allows us to quickly verify that you are who you say you are.

3. Provide a display photo that is of yourself, clear and well lit.

Frontbending on Cerceau

Crumbs, is it over 3 years since my last post? As motivation, I thought I wouldn't post until I could actually *do* Kandasana. I didn't imagine it would take this long. Latest news is that I can do the position, it hurts, and I can't take my hands away, yet. CONTORTION MASTER CLASS

Hello Flexy People,

I will be teaching a CONTORTION MASTER CLASS, with prerequisites, at Circus Warehouse, Long Island City, October 18th 2014.

The event is an all day,  8.30am-6.30pm,  NYC Regional Youth Circus Festival, with several Circus Arts/skills workshops for students under 21.

First improvement :-)

It's now almost 2 months since I started building up a training routine. I started with running and short stretching sessions end of july. The running part was just a little bit of running (max. 5 minutes at the beginning and not more than 13min in august) and a lot of walking in between.  The stretching part was about 15-30 minutes, sometimes up to 1 hour.

First 3 weeks of september I succeded to do my training for 5 days a week. Now I am able to run nearly 30 minutes without walking…
