Hello all.
I decided to revamp my middle splits routine. Before I was mostly doing stretching on my glad which has worked fairly well, but I thought I should be progressing faster.
Now I do a mix of different groin stretches including concentric stretching and weighted stretches.
New routine
Machine 2-3x a day
Weighted stretches 1-2x preferably following machine…
