Hi, all. I'm looking for new ways to work on my middle splits. I'd love to learn what is working for others. My groin has improved but is still very, very tight. I have a tmas machine which has helped A LOT, but I'm nowhere near where I thought I would be. I can go over a little over 180 degrees on the machine. If I sit down and straddle without assistance I maybe get 100 degrees or slightly more. *sigh*See More
