As it is possible to improve flexibility of feet. Simply at me so leaves that hands very flexible, and feet absolutely not flexible (only it is a little foot).

I guess you could improve them with light stretching. There are lots of bones and other "bits n bobs" in your foot though, and the tissues probably wouldn't need long stretches. You can certainly improve ankle flexibility, I know that for a fact.

When I stretch out my hands i only hold each stretch for 3 seconds as that's all they need, so i guess feet would be similar. Just watch you don't overdo it as you don't want your feet out of action! :D

Thanks for council. It already helps me, as I could not stretches out earlier. Already more or less I sit down normally.

I like to roll over my toes like a ballerina and cruntch my feet and roll them around...also a yoga stretch that I do seems to improve ankle mobility....like squating.

For improving the pointing of the feet, knee down with your feet's top flat on the floor then sit on your heels.

to improve foot fleibility you want to practice pointing and flexing feet and walking arounf on demi pointe to promote toe fleibility

It's defnitely possible, I used to do ballet and I've got quite flexible feet. Just point them as far as you can en release when you feel that you muscles are 'cramping' (I don't know if that's a word)
