When I've tried to do the front splits, I always find that the insep of the foot of the leg which is behind, always gets broused or very sore and red, almost like a burn, because it rubs on the floor. Does anybody have the same problem and how can...

Thats awesome though! Is it something you could always do, or did it take you a couple of tries before you achieved it? I have always wished that i could be naturally flexible, but i have had to get by through consistent stretching and patience...
