About Me
I have always been relatively flexible. It is very easy for me to put my hands flat on the floor while standing/bending over with legs locked. I am into frontbending and am working to be able to do both front and side splits. I am also looking to backbend to balance out my spine.

I am open to all info and suggestions about the best methods to increase flexibility.

I don't have any particular favorite stretching. Perhaps "stradle" but I like to practice all kind of stretches.

umm pasic streaches such as lunges while extending your back leg as far as possible while keeping the front leg no loss than 90 degree angle and push ur mid secion down toward the floor. then eventually let ur front leg progresss past 90 degrees and you will be all the way down eventualy....but try to keep your spplits in line :) goodluck

hey man... thanks a lot... usually what i do is ill focus on my lower back flattening out, that takes me deeper and stops me from round my back so much. but to go even deeper, i lay on my back and bring each foot at a time (then both) up and over to my head without lifting my butt of the floor. this is one can get real deep and it feels great!

I like using three chairs. I also use stall bars for almost everything in one way or another. Passive work with a partner is great when you can find one.
