Seems like u are really flexible!!! (Soph)
We are searching for feet behind head photos (contortion) to a upcoming website about and for people how can doit. I would be great if u could take some photos of u in that position and send them to us by email. You can take them in different angles and in different places. (wearing t-shirt/jeans/socks/barefeet...well u decide. (we may pay for some photos to).
It would be cool if you try to make yourself as small as you can while you are in that position....

Your pictures are seriously good! When would you say you get the most stretching done? Would that be on your own, at home, or the time that you put in stretching, or is it when you are at class, i.e. when there is an instructor or a coach that is insisting on certain stretches. I always wonder about this question, and the same goes for people who do yoga, when do they stretch the most, in a class environment or at home, on their own... I assume that to really improve, you need to do the effort and time on your own, i.e. when you don't really have to stretch, or when someone isn't looking over your shoulder... What is your take on this?
