- I've been fascinated with contortion, circus arts, etc. for a long time... maybe because my own flexibility was atrocious for years and especially after going through a serious back injury and subsequent surgery. I've decided to have no more excuses and get into a real flexibility routine, with a goal of one or more splits by the end of 2009.
Professional-grade contortion isn't an interest or even possibility for me but it's time for me to finally take the plunge and be a "stretcher", not just an "admirer"
