Thanks for the response. First of all I want to say I am sorry about the seriousness of your condition Ulcerative Colitis. I feel upset that this has stopped your intense contortion training. I can imagine the pain and discomfort you must have experienced with this. I know how uncomfortable scar tissue can be especially to range of movement. But I know you are a fighter. So my regrets for this, but I am glad that you can still stretch a little as well. I am so happy that you are a contortion trainer. I feel so honoured to talk with you because you are able to pass on your great knowledge of contortion to your students and daughter, hopefully to me too LOL!! That must be rewarding yes?? I have also loved contortion since I was young, it feels like such a part of my life that I cannot imagine my life without it. It feels so great, especially backbends and splits. They are my favourite!! Like I said, I wish I had a trainer to push me to that next level. I want to get as flexible as I can, and I will do what it takes to get there. I might have to find someone to hold me in my deepest poses to get me there, but I use a lot of apparatus to help me in place of a human to get my most flexible. I greatly appreciate the nice comment, I am glad you think I am flexible a look darn good. I will practice even harder with positive feedback like that. If you have any advice or ideas to help my contortion, I would love to hear them. Thanks very much Charlyn.
I hope all is well with you.

Thanks for the response and nice words again Charlyn. I try to be as flexible as I can. But the answer to your question is no, I have never had someone like a trainer to help me with pushing my flexibility to that next level. I keep going on my own, but I think a trainer would really help. I wish I knew a trainer or someone that could help me reach my flexibility potential. It seems that there are not many contortion trainers in Canada. How about you?? Do you have a trainer?? I notice you have taken a lot of pictures in front of the Kooza sign. How far or flexible would you like to become?? Hope all is well with you Charlyn.
