About Me: About my activity as trainer: I'm an amateur trainer. I have some experience in assisted stretching specially for contortionists. If you want training (which is usually *free*) you will need to arrange for a meeting. I travel around Europe and even long distance combined with my tourist trips. My training experience is mainly with backbends, which can go from just giving directions up to strong assisted stretches. It mainly depends on you. Check my announcements when I travel around for an opportunity.

My story for those who don't know :-) At college some friend did lotus for an hour and also could twist his feet backwards. That got me interested. At this time something like Internet did not exist. All I knew was something with "yoga". A long time later (meanwhile stopped practicing) I found out about contortion through Internet searching "yoga". That was around 1997. From there on all happened quite fast. Met many people online, started training, created lesdamesflexibles.com, limbermen.com, flexichat and picturama. Also visited most of the ICC gatherings where I learnt a lot. I have some training experience with various people who were all very pleased with my help.
