so i decided to expand a little bit my streching by trying out splits, however with the frontsplits i feel something bein "pulled" or a very tight spot on the inner side of the knees, it s not pain but its highly unconfortable so is this normal? and…

When you are doing the positions shown in the photos does the stenght and impulse come from head an arms or do you have to kinda force your back that way? or does your back have to be completely relaxed?
