Seems like u are really flexible!!!
We are searching for feet behind head photos (contortion) to a upcoming website about and for people how can doit. I would be great if u could take some photos of u in that position and send them to us by email. You can take them in different angles and in different places. (wearing t-shirt/jeans/socks/barefeet...well u decide. (we may pay for some photos to).
It would be cool if you try to make yourself as small as you can while you are in that position....

I recently decided that i am going to join a stretching class. And i have to thank you for posting your blog, it has really inspired me, and more importantly made me realise that if i want to take my flexibility to the next level, i am going to have to join a class. Besides, i am now 27, if i don't do this know, i probably never will. So i also have the opportunity, so to not take that would be crazy of me...
But i have also thought that what i don't need to be doing, is this, lol... :
I am quite reasonable with my expectations, and have reasonable goals... But thanks for the information, and i have to agree that knees are way too important to not work on. I have had knee problems in the past, but that was due to an old sport injury, but i haven't had problems with it in years, but i'll still just take it easy, and see what happend...
How important do you think are stretching your knees? I have rediculously inflexible knees, but i have always attributed that to being a guy. Now it seems that it is something that you can work on. Have you seen or felt that its made a difference though, and would you recommend looking into doing a few stretches on the knees, as you have described in your (really fascinating, well written, very descpritive, attention-grabbing) blog?
What made you decide to join the class? was that something you could have started sooner, or done sooner? Or is now just the right time for you to try all these classes?
I just read your blog post, and thought that i might as well write it on your wall, instead of respond there. Thanks for posting it, i thought it was very interesting, well written, and captivating. A very good read with a lot of information, and an awesome narration at the same time. Reading it made me feel like i was there at the same time... Awesome blog, and thanks for posting it. I look forward to your next post...
