How am I to breathe in a backbend?
I have reached the point that I can go no further, because I do not know where to focus my breathing. When I am singing, I need to breathe with my diaphragm and fill up into my chest, and that is the way I breathe habitually. When I am front bend...

About Me
My name is Ian. I recently moved from South Africa to England.
I have experience in several styles of dancing.

I always had great flexibility as I was growing up, but lost flexibility during highschool. When i was 20 I started yoga, and began developing flexibility again.
Now I am working on improving my skill in contortion, and developing skill in tumbling.

Hey Ian! Thank you so much for your sweet comment! It really made my day :) I actually had a chance to go see Cirque and Criss Angel perform together, but with the lack of funds, we couldn't go. :( It really upset me, but don't worry, I have continued to keep bending no matter what.
