Hi my name is Sam, I am 26 and live in Springfield Mass. I mainly practice backbending, but recently I have been able to achieve good side splits. My training has been all right. I would love to train outside or in a big studio with friends but there's no studio near me and there's tons of snow, it's actually snowing now. DX So I know what you mean. lol

Well I have been performing in front of friends and other such people for awhile sort as "parlor tricks" as they might say. One of my friends might say to soemone o btw she's a contortionist and they ask to see so I show them. Also, I went to a chiropractor for my back cause it didn't seem like my primary care Dr. knew mch about it. He says I either have a disc displacement or a bone displacement that is pinching a nerve. Despite it, I am still traiing and working performing in local night clubs. I'm scheduled to go to Vermont for professional training in September and am not going to let a pinched nerve get in my way. Hope your bending is going well.
