My main passion is film-making, however, whilst writing my current film, one of the characters I created was double jointed and always in some contorted position. One night I absent-mindedly tried a few easy moves and have been hooked since then. All of my stetching is done behind closed doors due to a negative comment made by a family member during a TV screening of cirque du soleil. This has slowed down my progress somewhat and despite approaching my fifth year I still struggle with some of the basic stretches.
As you may have noticed by the above comment. I try not to take activities like this too seriously and generally approach it quite light heartedly. This is bound to get me into trouble at some point but until it does...

Contortion top tip.
Apparently, scientists have determined than when your average person starts to fall over, the natural response is to put out their arms and make their whole bodies go rigid. This can actually cause additional injuries such as splintered bones and pulled muscles.

Thanks for the camera tip, I don't actually have that camera anymore, I've moved out of the US and am currently in Iceland. I decided to leave my mom a camera, so I've got my old one back now. Thank you very much, I'm glad people like my videos, and thank you for the compliment. I suppose my weight is becoming more and more of a worry for me since I moved, a lot of the girls around here are size -5 or something, so not being a size 0 is maybe getting to me a bit, so thank you, I'm happy with my body half the time and its nice to hear that from someone other than my parents.
