I can only agree with Syf19v. Use stretches that open your hips, like lotus or butterfly. What also works is putting your feet together in front of you, and then bending forward to touch your head to…

I am rather curious, how did you get started with stretching, and especially frontbending. I think i have mostly improved as a result of the internet, that has provided me with information and pictures, but most important motivation. You have been stretching before such a community like this was available, so i am wondering how you developed such an amazing frontbend?
