I would follow the advice already given, especially during cheststands when it is impossible to expand the chest to gain breath. You could also try hyperventilating a little bit before you start to…

Seems like u are really flexible!!!
We are searching for feet behind head photos (contortion) to a upcoming website about and for people how can doit. I would be great if u could take some photos of u in that position and send them to us by email. You can take them in different angles and in different places. (wearing t-shirt/jeans/socks/barefeet...well u decide. (we may pay for some photos to).
It would be cool if you try to make yourself as small as you can while you are in that position....

for these pictures we used CT and worked with special medical tools. I'm a french MD, and DO to, working in an hospital and research center (see web.me.com/datadoc.one - without typing www. before web.me). One of my research is about contortion with Pr Delmas and his team (virtual anatomy lab, Dr JF UHL) In Paris (René Descartes University)
I recently met and registered Irene Betti, Italian member of CU. Great pictures to come, she's very flexible. There are seven students working on that project with me( DO, MD and surgeons), and a whole team, to be as complete as possible.
Our conclusions: if well practiced, contortion is not dangerous, but there are rules to follow.
You seem to be a front bender , rather than a back bender.
You say you're trainer, just tell me more.
One of our aims is to define guidelines for training.
Sincerely yours, Michel RITZ
Your positions don't look too bad. Would love to see more photos of what you can do.
