I stopped stretching it and I still feel a weird sort of discomfort while stretching it, but I'm taking it easy with the stretches and I think it's healing pretty well. I can definitely go past 90 degrees without it hurting, but just barely. I'm really not looking forward to re-doing all of my previous work... but I suppose I'll have to deal with it. I never thought my left leg could be so much more flexible than my right leg!
Anyway, I think your work is amazing... keep it up!
I saw your profile picture on one of the forums and was wondering if you could give me some advice -
I recently injured my right hamstring while kicking up in to a handstand (I'm trying to learn to walk on my hands). Have you every had any injuries interfere with your training? And if so, how easy is it to regain flexibility in the leg after it's healed? Because in a lying position, I can barely even lift my right leg to a 90 degree angle - it hurts too much! It's a major setback for me.
Thanks :)
We are searching for feet behind head photos (contortion) to a upcoming website about and for people how can doit..
I would be great if u could take some photos of u in that position and send them to us by email. You can take them in different angles and in different places. (wearing t-shirt/jeans/socks/barefeet...well u decide. (we may pay for some photos to)

Did you ever stop stretching at some stages in your life? Or have you been able to keep stretching the whole time? I think its great, because at some point i was starting to get worried that it was just teenagers who are here, or have an interest in stretching. Its quite funny, i once read someone commenting on someonelses youtube video where they did the splits, and the comment was "you are probably the only person above the age of 16 who can do the splits"...
