I still think that those who worked on their flexibility appreciate it a lot more than people who just always could do splits, etc.

When you did that as a party trick, did other flexible people also demonstrate what they could do? I spoke to this one guy who said that he would often sit in lotus, and people who could also do lotus were just drawn to him, not always doing a lotus, but saying that they could do one too... did you ever find that happen?

I was the opposite, i couldn't even touch my toes when i started, but i have been working my way up. I started with lotus, that was my first goal, took me about three months to get it all the way so that the foot was resting on top of the thigh... Can you get both legs behind?

The picture with you leg behind your head is really good!! How long have you been working on your stretching and flexibility. I could put my feet behind my head before i could do splits too, so just keep up the good work!! You'll have them in no time...
