Hi again, everyone. So, lots of stuff happened recently that I need to tell you all.
So, I finally went to meet with a trainer. After a session, and many tips and pointers, here is what I've found:
1. My back no longer hurts
2. I am now capable of basic oversplits (almost there!!!)
3. My back is way more flexible than before, and I can achieve much more than I previously could
4. I am back in the physical condition I was in before I got "stuck"

I recently came down with a pretty terrible cold, and yesterday my friends and family drug me to the hospital (kicking and cussing, I shamefully admit. I'm too stubborn sometimes) where they pumped 2000CCs worth of fluids and antibiotics into me via IV.

So I finally found some plans to make my own Stall Bars. Sorry, I'm a college student working my way through school, I don't have the funds to drop a couple hundred bucks on something like that.
I wonder if my roommates will mind if I bolt this thing to the wall in my room? Or maybe I can devise a kind of stand for it. Something that makes it easier to transport or store, and I don't have to go touching up any holes in the walls if I move out.

So long time no post. Sorry about that, but I really haven’t had much new to report, unfortunately. It’s Howl-O-Scream season, so I’ve been very busy with strike, install, and rehearsals and now, of course, we’re into the event. The weird schedule makes it really hard for me to find time to stretch, so I’m having to rework my stretching schedule a bit. Now, I'm not sure if I'm just lazy or not fully committed or whatever, but whenever I find a site with stretching advice or suggested practices or whatever, I get completely discouraged and totally intimidated.

Can any one help me with split leaps i can do over splits with my right leg but when i do i split leap i never hit the splits and i dont no y ? :( Also how would you learn to do a chest stand on the beam i cant do one on the floor yt but i want to learn !! so i can eventually use it on the bean if any one can help i would really appreciate it

thanks to everyone who has helped me.
i am so excited. The other day i learned something new. I really learned that repetition is the key to success. I did a backfold for the first time since i retrained my back to bend higher. I was so proud that i did it about six more times. then, yesterday, I had aching muscles. However, it was the good, strengthening ache. my back was as flexible as ever, and, it was strong too. Wow, this has been a crazy week. After my car did what it did after class last week, it also died one afternoon when my boyfriend came to pick me up from work and required a jump. So, a family friend who works on our cars took a look at it and put new battery terminals on it. We then drove it to class on Monday night. Hmm…as for this week, I don’t have much to say for once. I didn’t go to aerial class on Tuesday because I went to Mayhem Fest. ^^ I had been planning to go before I ever started taking these classes, so I thought that it was an acceptable excuse to miss class.
