I really am happy I found this video...I was just wondering. It looks like in most of the stretches you are sitting in the splits, and mine aren't down to the floor yet. If I were to bend my front leg for each move, do you think I could still keep proper form and feel an effective stretch from these?

Wow. I hadn't thought of any of those stretches, and they're amazingly helpful! I've got great oversplits, so I forgot what it was like to feel a stretch in a lunge, but those lunges against the wall were killer! I also really like the assisted cobra and the wall bridge.
